Are you driven by helping clients navigate complex problems and advising them throughout their digital transformation? As a member of our Front Office team, you will support the client in their implementation of Bullhorn ATS’ world class product suite and Marketplace Partner integrations. 

 

As a Solution Architect, you will work with clients to gather business requirements, develop use cases, and draft technical specifications for our custom solutions. You will use your expertise in the Bullhorn platform, API, and extension points to provide creative custom solutions for our clients related to custom development, report development, and data updates. 

A typical day might include: 

• Managing multiple projects across multiple clients and industries 

• Partnering with clients to identify and drive key business objectives and ensure a comprehensive and accurate transfer of requirements between the client and engineers. 

• Advising on how Bullhorn products can help clients solve business needs while managing expectations based on Bullhorn product capabilities 

• Proactively managing risks and issues. 

• Collaborating with your client, Newbury project team members and the extended Bullhorn partner team 

• Providing input and driving continuous improvement for the Front Office methodology and best practices. This includes standardized processes, tools, templates and techniques that benefit project delivery teams. 

This role may be a fit for you if: 

• You have experience in the recruiting, staffing, or human resources industry 

• You have a proven track record of 5+  years of enterprise IT implementation projects and/or Implementation Consulting experience for external clients. 

• You have experience with web technologies, languages, and frameworks (REST, SOAP, Java, JavaScript, SQL) 

• You aren’t afraid to take risks and learn from mistakes. 

• You love collaborating with your team, client and partners. 

• Finding a solution to complex problems is in your DNA. 

• You have strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to effectively engage and influence internally at all levels. 

• You have a demonstrated ability to drive large, highly complex programs.

• You have excellent client relationship management skills.

• Staffing industry experience 

• Project experience with Bullhorn ATS, Onboarding 365 (eStaff), VMS Sync (Fyre VMS), Bullhorn Onboarding/Bullhorn Back Office, Onboarding Talent Edition (Able). 

• SaaS implementation project delivery
