As a member of our Front Office team, you will support the client in their implementation of Bullhorn ATS’ world class product suite and Marketplace Partner integrations.    As a Solution Architect, you will work with clients to gather business requirements, develop use cases, and draft technical specifications for our custom solutions. You will use your expertise in the Bullhorn platform, API, and extension points to provide creative custom solutions for our clients related to custom development, report development, and data updates.  A typical day might include:  Managing multiple projects across multiple clients and industries  Partnering with clients to identify and drive key business objectives and ensure a comprehensive and accurate transfer of requirements between the client and engineers.  Advising on how Bullhorn products can help clients solve business needs while managing expectations based on Bullhorn product capabilities  Proactively managing risks and issues.  Collaborating with your client, Newbury project team members and the extended Bullhorn partner team  Providing input and driving continuous improvement for the Front Office methodology and best practices.
