Newbury Partners are the leading digital transformation advisors to the staffing industry. We are currently seeking a Delivery Leader, Middle Office - Payroll and Billing to join our team.

The Middle Office Delivery Leader is a key leadership position within our organization.  The role requires extensive knowledge of the supported business area as well as the area being managed. Assures adherence to corporate policies and project delivery procedures. Reviews and ensures a high level of quality and service are maintained by meeting or exceeding commitments. Initiates, develops and enforces standards and procedures in support of improved service. May be heavily involved in technical decision-making activities. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

A typical day might include:

• Providing leadership to assigned Consultants (People management responsibilities).

• Performance Management of those Consultants assigned.

• Responsible for the full cycle recruiting process, training and development of assigned consultants.

• Proactively managing risks, issues, and serving as a main leadership point of contact for team escalations

• Providing input and driving continuous improvement for the Middle Office’s methodology and best practices. This includes standardized processes, tools, templates and techniques that benefit project delivery teams.

• Collaborating with clients, Newbury team members and the extended Bullhorn partner team.

• Managing multiple projects for a single client or juggling projects for multiple clients.

• Partnering with clients to identify and drive key business objectives.

• Preparing/Presenting internal and external status reports to various stakeholders.

This role may be a fit for you if:

• You have experience in the recruiting, staffing, or human resources industry; particularly in middle office, payroll, and billing systems implementations.

• You have a proven track record of 7-10 years of managing payroll and/or billing teams, enterprise IT implementation projects and/or Implementation Consulting experience for external clients.

• You aren’t afraid to take risks and learn from mistakes.

• You love collaborating with your team, client and partners.

• You are solutions oriented.

• Project planning, execution and continuous improvement is in your DNA.

• You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, with high quality and with consistently high customer satisfaction scores

Bonus points for:

• Bullhorn software and/or implementation experience

• SaaS implementation project delivery
