Summary:

We are looking for a data driven, analytical, and self-motivated Business Intelligence developer to join our innovative team. As a developer you will be responsible for interacting with clients and teammates to capture technical specifications and translate them into comprehensive reports visible to our clients in the reporting tool of their choice.

In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis with a passion for creating and managing BI and analytic solutions that turn data into knowledge. If you are an excellent communicator and have a business acumen and problem-solving aptitude, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Intelligence Developer, a typical day might include:

• Working closely with clients, Solution Architects, and project teams to translate customer technical specifications into Bullhorn Reporting and ETL solutions.

• Developing reports with PowerBI, SSRS and Cognos 11

• Creating professional dashboards

• Creating drill through reports

• Analyzing data sets

• Training end users

• Set and manage expectations with project team regarding project deliverables

This job might be for you if:

• You have 2+ years of experience with Power BI or Cognos 11

• Data Modeling experience MOLAP and ROLAP

• You have ETL development experience

• You have experience in client facing roles

• You have the ability to work self-directed and as part of a team on projects of varying size; shows commitment to tasks, project, and to the team

• You have strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

Bonus points for:

• Data Engineering experience

• Experience in the recruitment industry

• Ability to write complex SQL queries
