As a member of our Front Office team, you will support the client in their implementation of Bullhorn ATS’ world class product suite and Marketplace Partner integrations. In addition, you will mentor Implementation Consultants and help them to deliver top notch service to our clients.

 

As a Principal Consultant, you will work with clients to identify and drive key business objectives, and advise on the proper setup, configuration, and customization of the Bullhorn ATS product suite to successfully meet these business objectives. You will work closely with the Customer, Sales Executives, and Engineers to ensure an on time and under budget delivery of the documented project scope. Furthermore, you will work to help our Implementation Consultants to hone their skills, adhere to organizational standards, and achieve success via mentorship and exhibiting the same qualities that have led to your proven track record of customer obsessed achievements.

A typical day might include:

• Managing multiple projects across multiple clients and industries

• Partnering with clients to identify and drive key business objectives

• Managing the project schedule and necessary resources for an on time and under budget delivery.

• Preparing/Presenting internal and external status reports to various stakeholders.

• Leading cross functional teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones.

• Proactively managing risks and issues.

• Collaborating with your client, Newbury project team members and the extended Bullhorn partner team

• Providing input and driving continuous improvement for the Front Office methodology and best practices. This includes standardized processes, tools, templates and techniques that benefit project delivery teams.

• Leading a regular cadence of standups for your consulting team.

• Providing insight and guidance regarding product work to the consultants on your team.

• Maintaining regular communication with the VP of Front Office to ensure that organizational team goals, procedures, and processes are being met.

This role may be a fit for you if:

• You have experience in the recruiting, staffing, or human resources industry

• You have experience with Bullhorn ATS, Onboarding 365 (eStaff), VMS Sync (Fyre VMS), Bullhorn Onboarding/Bullhorn Back Office, or Onboarding Talent Edition (Able).

• You have a proven track record of 2-5 years of managing enterprise IT implementation projects and/or Implementation Consulting experience for external clients.

• You aren’t afraid to take risks and learn from mistakes.

• You love collaborating with your team, client and partners.

• You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, with high quality and with consistently high customer satisfaction scores.
