Job Summary:

 

Newbury Partners is a leading technology advisor to the Staffing Industry.  The Implementation Consultant role will support Bullhorn One Pay-Bill implementations.  Our ideal candidate is someone whose had experience either working in a mid-large size staffing industry Shared Services / Pay-Bill environment, working with Bullhorn related products and/or experience implementing software. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for the implementation of Bullhorn One which includes requirements discovery, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Help design data mapping for data migrations and interfaces.
• Requires excellent client facing skills as you will be the lead resource interfacing with our clients.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

 

• Experience in the staffing industry managing the pay-bill process for a good-sized company is highly desired.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn products highly desired.
• Prior consulting experience is not required (nice to have)
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with developers to define technical specifications is important.
• This is a remote job so must be able to work (and enjoy working) in a home office environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

 

Education and Experience:

 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider professional experience as a substitute
